Lenny's passion for real estate was inspired by his family's success in the business in Europe. Specializing in high-end condominiums, townhouses, new developments,and large-scale investment properties, Lenny possesses an impressive record forselling both individual units and many condo bulk opportunities throughout thecity. He's also been involved in such ultra-luxury residential property deals such as a $30 million apartment in one of the world's most recognizable luxury buildings, One57, a multi-million-dollar Trump Tower sale, Fifth Avenue Townhouse, and many others to well-known ultra high net worth individuals, top-level financial executives, savvy investors, and leaders of prominent local and international companies. Discretion are at the core of all his transactions specifically in buyer representation where confidentiality and privacy are unequivocal. Fluent in English, Hebrew and German, Lenny serves an elite and diverse domestic and international clientele. Lenny is also the Chairman of Young Professionals, Real Estate Division for Friends of the Israel Forces (FIDF), a non-profit organization that initiates and helps to support educational, social, cultural, and recreational programs and facilities for the young brave soldiers, and the families of fallen soldiers.
